About Steve
As a trained spiritual director, Rev. Dr. Stephen A. Macchia leads others with the focused presence of a listening and discerning leader.
As a team-building-servant-leader he has learned (sometimes the hard way) the value of humility and relational wholeness.
As a friend of the Church who embraces the centrality of the Kingdom of God, he urges faith communities toward the transformational priorities of Jesus.
He and his wife, Ruth, live in beautiful Lexington, MA and enjoy spending time with their two grown children and three beloved grandchildren.

22 years ago, Steve and his wife, Ruth, founded Leadership Transformations, Inc (LTI). LTI exists to help you listen, equip you to discern, invite you to act, encourage you to pursue God’s unique will for you, your team, and your ministry. Convinced that leaders need to pay attention to God’s call and unique thumbprint upon their individual lives, LTI prioritizes the formation, discernment, and renewal of the leader’s soul. Then, they can invite their ministry team to discern and fulfill God’s collective call to service.
